How would you describe it to someone who hadn't read the story?

I would describe it as a surreal story about a depressed man meeting a woman over a random phone call with drugs. Most stories are about what the writer shows to the reader in the scenes but in this story, it's notable the parts that are missing, for example, the lack of friends, hobbies, or interests of Wei. Then how Koko is not much of a character beyond this one woman who provides drugs and pranks people.
